My Role: Following major Sales Force restructure I was asked to develop a Sales Academy for the UK & Ireland Independent Sales Staff (retail sales, van sales, tele-sales) and Leaders (Supervisors, middle management and Senior leaders). After conducting training needs analysis for the 250 sales staff and 33 Leaders, I developed a suite of modules designed in a 70:20:10 format and an embedding and evaluation process with the objective of increasing capability whilst reducing resource costs. The Academy was launched in November 2014 and achieved massive success in the first 12 months, including being the template for the Global Sales Academy.
