About Charlotte

As a versatile and results-driven events freelancer, I specialize in delivering end-to-end event solutions across press events, influencer management, and B2C activations. With a proven track record in creating impactful, audience-first experiences, I bring both strategic insight and hands-on execution to every project.

I offer full-spectrum event services—from initial concept development and logistics planning to onsite delivery and post-event reporting. My experience spans intimate media briefings, large-scale consumer events, and influencer-driven brand activations. I understand how to engage audiences, amplify visibility, and deliver ROI for both emerging brands and established businesses.

A key strength is my ability to manage press events and influencer engagement, ensuring alignment between brand messaging and media/influencer output. I curate strategic guest lists, oversee seamless coordination, and help drive coverage that matters.

I also offer B2C event programming, crafting immersive consumer experiences that deepen engagement and boost brand affinity. From live activations to experiential pop-ups, I tailor programming to resonate with your target audience.

Additionally, I conduct booking process audits to help streamline operations and improve vendor, venue, or guest coordination. These audits often result in cost savings, improved workflows, and stronger client experiences.

My work also supports business development, helping teams identify growth opportunities through smarter events, stronger partnerships, and scalable strategies.

Whether managing a single event or consulting across a full campaign, I’m a reliable, solutions-focused partner who brings creativity, structure, and energy to every collaboration.

Let’s build something unforgettable.

Experience

  • Twist Museum
    Events Manager
    HOSPITALITY
    March 2025 - August 2025 (5 months)
    I was brought in to Twist Museum short-term to set up their internal Events Department, to expand into an adult and corporate market. In my time there I;
Created all SOPs, trackers, calendars, contracts and internal processes.
Reignited supplier relationships and brought in some new faces to create a solid deck of preferred suppliers. Signed contracts with Canvas, PA Life, and Miss Jones to increase the visibility and buzz around Twist for corporate events buyers.
Designed a new events brochure for the venue, alongside spearheading a new imagery bank and collateral for the department. Masterminded a B2C summer programme with different weekly activations and targeting a new audience. Created immersive and experiential events packages for clients.
Created a business development structure including implementing a new CRM system, writing weekly newsletters, taking Twist to the London Christmas Party Show, revived the Twist LinkedIn page, and running two promotional events for the museum, first the Events Department Launch, followed by our recent Curious Minds Press event.

  • Market Halls
    Sales & Events Executive
    April 2024 - March 2025 (11 months)
Working in a small independent team, I managed all events across our multiple locations. My responsibilities included quote negotiation and proposal, pitching ourselves and our spaces to external events clients. I liaised with our various vendors to customize event menus, ensuring the requirements of clients are met. I work with promoters, agencies and brand suppliers for ticketed events. I took enquiries from end-to-end, including on site supervision, coordination and management. The parties I regularly work with include Venue Scanner, Canvas Events and Miss Jones, I have also worked with Time Out and Show Film First when required for ticketed events among others.
I took on events with any time length scale- meaning timeline event management is critical. Working with lead times of 8 months for the most prepared, to a matter of weeks for short notice clients, requires tight management of workload and scheduling- often changing prioritisation as enquiries evolve.
I was responsible for our Design My Night Collins & Tonic systems. Since undertaking this role I have overhauled the guest booking journey, making all stages more user-friendly and accessible. This has also included increasing our automation for pre-orders, creating and maintaining booking types, spearheading offers and promotions, and creating new venues.
I was responsible for B2C Events programming, including weekly quizzes, live comedy, and seasonal events such as Oktoberfest, the Euros and Halloween.
  • State of Play
    Group Sales Executive
    August 2023 - March 2024 (7 months)
In this role I was responsible for bookings of all sizes. The main clientele in this position was corporate entities, meaning requirements span from casual to structured. As a competitive socialising venue, the environment comes with a unique set of hurdles and processes to ensure I can maximise customer enjoyment with limited bookable space. In this role I have been sales-driven, and have harnessed key analytical skills regarding interpreting statistics and data.
