I have found it liberating to have the freedom to work online and control my own hours and pace of work, and have committed myself to bring this way of life to other lawyers. I have been invited by the Founders of Horsfield Menzies, Simon and Angus, to join their employment related practice to provide specialist immigration law advice to their corporate client list. I will be working on Sponsor Licence applications, Skilled Worker visa applications, immigration compliance and audit support, Global Talent applications and helping clients navigate the immigration rules especially in relation to recruiting world-class talent.

Dias Solicitors is a specialist niche practice in the heart of London. I concentrate on complex immigration cases such as appeals, overstayers and business immigration, with a particular specialisation on Skilled Workers and Sponsor Licence applications. My partner Crystal Dias is an award-winning human rights lawyer who focuses on women's rights, ethnic minorities law (with a focus on the filipino diaspora) and the overlap of immigration and family law issues. We embrace technology and have moved to a remote working model that allows us to work for our clients in the aftermath of Covid-19 in a way that respects the social distancing measures without compromising on service.
