Metrics: 395 external hires personally hired 200+. Consistently maintained quality focus: 16 days time to hire, 30 days time to fill, +96 hiring manager NPS, +35 candidate NPS, 12.5% increase in probation pass rate. Foundations: Created a scalable, consistent "Benifex way of hiring" that improved Interview to Hire ratio by 2.5x and implemented Teamtailor ATS as single source of truth (100% adoption). Leadership: Owned TA strategy globally for Benifex, built TA team from 0 to 4, then integrated acquired TA team to take total to 8. Direct hiring: In first 3 months reduced agency usage from 47% to a 2%, estimated saving of £1.17mn in first 18 months. Global hiring: Led hiring across UK, Germany, Sweden, Ireland, US and the Philippines. Grew the Philippines headcount from 5 to 75 in 12 months and hired a local TA Partner. Diversity: Improved gender diversity in hiring by 24% via job advert design, diverse interview panels, inclusive hiring processes and objective scorecard system Bar Raiser Program: Introduced final interview stage to improve culture & value alignment and quality of hire. Trained a small group of tenured interviewers on how to identify and assess for top talent. 92% said this was an improvement on the previous final stage format and 80% said it improved how we assess for quality candidates.

Built a profitable, sustainable business from the ground up, generating £2.5mn+ revenue in 5 years Created two offerings for customers: 1. Embedded TA Projects and 2. Retained Search Hired a small but mighty team that peaked at 6 across TA, recruitment, ops and marketing Customers: allplants, Benefex, CleanHub, Climate Policy Radar, Curaleaf, onHand, Third Space Learning and many more. Highlights: allplants: partnered with their CTO to 2x engineering in 6 months. Reducing time to hire from 6 to 4 weeks, average 3.5 candidates:1 hire, 100% CV to interview ratio. Feedr: partnered with Founder to make 13 hires in 14 weeks. 4x in hiring velocity, achieved a total cost saving of 37.5% (compared to agency model), improved team diversity by 44%.

Launched and self-funded a first of its kind job marketplace where organisations are verified as "for good" based on set criteria. Once verified they can post theirjobs and find value and mission aligned talent. Product: led user research, mapped user personas, created rough wireframes, worked with a designer to flesh out designs and hired person to build no code solution (Zapier, Webflow, Memberstack, Tally, Power Importer). Created feedback loops with customers and candidates to continue iterating and improve the platform. Community: built an engaged candidate community (2000 on newsletter, 60% open rate) Customers: signed up 250+ customers in 18 months Users: peaked at 8000 MAU, averaged 5000 MAU for 12 months Revenue: Generating £1,500 in MRR After 18 months we were unable to reach profitability so I closed the business.
