Previously at JustAnswer, where I led a conversational analysis project using OpenAI's Whisper and built an AI prompt library for the content operations team.

Google hired me through YunoJuno to design prompts for Gemini, targeting Gen Z and EMEA audiences across travel, education, food, enterprise, and culture, showcasing the platform's creative power to journalists and PR teams.
My work involved:

- Designing sector-specific prompt packs that gave PR teams quotable answers on first read
- Demonstrating Gemini's creative range across text, image, and infographic formats
- Iterating prompts at pace, refining outputs for sharper, context-sensitive results

I also designed image prompts for Nano Banana Pro, art-directing scenes across pop culture, sport, food, travel, and memes for EMEA search trend campaigns.

As a senior copywriter for Namecheap and Spaceship, I build content systems for AI-powered search, including GEO playbooks, evidence-based persona libraries, and Claude Projects.

I wrote the GEO playbook for both brands and built FastVPN's persona and canonical prompt library from Similarweb data, ChatGPT deep research, and internal datasets.

I write and edit UX landing pages, CRM emails, newsletters, and blogs, and oversee UX microcopy across in-app navigation, form-field labels, mobile push notifications, and CTA buttons for multiple products.

I also deliver training in AI prompting and GEO to stakeholders.
