Working on the UKRI GCRF Action against Stunting Hub across UK, India, Indonesia, and Senegal. My key Activities:

- Oversee the design of the All-Hub data repository integrating data from all research countries (Linux system administration, DB design, process automation, HPC, etc)

- Lead data management activities across the hub.

- Plan and project-manage data management activities

- Liaise with research partners and contractors to understand data requirements (over 18 research institutions and service providers).

- Ensure of data quality and documentation across the Hub (ECRIN, GCDMP)

- Ensure Data Regulation and standards for each Hub partner countries are respected (GDPR, GxP, etc).

- Identify and resolve problems, both independently and as part of a larger team.

- Contribute to peer-reviewed publications (a couple of papers under review).

- Review and update DMP

- Recruit and line manage Data management staff (capacity building)

- Contribute to data review and support statistical analysis (R, STATA, Tableau)

STUDIES DONE: DRC-EB-001 (Tujiokowe): Effectiveness and Safety of a Heterologous, Two dose Ebola Vaccine in the DRC (more than 20 000 participants) HWI-Covid19: The impact of COVID-19 on primary health care service provision and utilisation in Uganda, Sierra Leone, and the Democratic Republic of Congo Key Activities and achievements:

- Lead Data management activities on the study site

- Liaise with study consortium members around data management activities (INRB, Janssen, Epicentre, CEPI, MSF, DRC MOH, WORLD VISION)

- Management of data quality, regularly monitoring compliance, and audits

- Project management of data management activities

- Recruit and line manage Data management staff

- Ensure Staff capacity building (Multiple trainings provided to staff)

- Identify and resolve problems, both independently and as part of a larger team.

- Contribute to peer-reviewed publications (a couple of papers under review).

- Lead SAE reconciliation (Semi automated through scripts)

- Lead Study Data conversion into CDISC SDTM (FDA full submission package)

- Contribute to data review and support statistical analysis (R, STATA, Dashboards)

STUDIES DONE: NAMSAL- ANRS12313: Dolutegravir- versus an efavirenz 400mg-based regimen for the initial treatment of HIV-infected patients in Cameroon. Ebo-sursy: Capacity building and surveillance for Ebola virus disease in West and Central Africa. TAC (Treatment Africa Hepatitis C): feasibility, tolerance and effectiveness of an antiviral treatment without interferon combining sofosbuvir and ribavirin in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C genotype 1, 2 and 4 in West and Central Africa Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Senegal. Key Activities:

- Lead Data management activities on the study site

- Project management of data management activities

- Management of data quality, regularly monitoring compliance, and audits

- Review and develop Data management SOP, guidelines (ECRIN, GCDMP, DIMS)
