I’m a Talent Acquisition Consultant with over five years of experience supporting businesses during busy and fast-moving hiring periods. I’ve worked across retail, FMCG, hospitality, fashion, and tech, delivering both high-volume recruitment and specialist hiring support.

I work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand their needs, ways of working, and priorities. I’m hands-on and involved across the full recruitment lifecycle, from direct sourcing and screening through to interviews, offers, and onboarding. I integrate quickly into existing teams and bring structure and clarity where extra support is needed.

I’ve held contract and freelance roles with large organisations including Harrods, Amazon, Whole Foods, and Arsenal FC, as well as supporting corporate and tech hiring within growing businesses. Direct sourcing is one of my strengths, and I’m confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems while managing multiple roles at pace and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

I support clients with high-volume hiring for retail, hospitality, and operational teams, as well as mid to senior level corporate and specialist roles. I regularly work on short-term contracts during peak periods or when teams need additional capacity, and I also take on sourcing focused projects where speed and quality are critical.

I work fully remotely, integrate easily with UK and EU teams, and I’m available immediately for contract or freelance Talent Acquisition support.
