Throughout my career I have managed flagship “private sector led ” DWP programmes. This has given me an excellent understanding of different people, the pressures life brings, the importance of setting goals and supporting people to work towards their dreams/ambitions.
Academically well qualified with BA (Hons), Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and ACCPH Accreditation I offer an employee assistance programme (EAP) providing independent support when you need to handle challenging situations.
