I was a partner in a small, commercial London law firm for a decade before deciding to enter into semi-retirement to focus on work as a business consultant.

I have acted as Counsel to many start-up and established companies in London over the years in various sectors, including media, film, alternative energy and biotech. I come with a wealth of experience.

As well as advising on legal matters such as contract and document reviews, drafting and general advising, I can also offer business consultancy, reviewing business plans and negotiating techniques. I can even act as a confidante if you just want someone to bounce ideas around with.

I am also a TEFL-certified teacher so I can also help you improve your written of spoken English skills with an emphasis on business and legal English.
