TFSUK is one of the largest captive automotive finance companies in the UK, with a book of +£6bn, and financing around 140,000 new car deals per year.

I work with the CFO, Commercial Controller, and Pricing Manager to improve reporting of KPIs including yield, volume, margin, bad debt and early settlement across the new and used space, as well as the development of PowerBI dashboards to assist with the visualisation of data.

I am responsible for the collation of Management Information, and preparation of packs for the Pricing Committee and Product and Fair Value Forum, both which meet monthly.

I was CFO for a US$20m Joint Venture to acquire, develop and operate real estate around the Harare region, with a specific focus on retail.

As CFO I was responsible for all operational, strategic and commercial aspects of the company including financial and management accounts, treasury, budgeting and forecasting, and lease negotiations with tenants.

Managed a diverse range of stakeholders including shareholders, finance team, external consultants and multiple contractors.

Renegotiated rentals on existing properties upwards of 25% to enhance cash on cash yields.

Developed flagship retail development for a cash on cash yield of 16%, expected to be sold into a REIT structure at a 8% yield.

Initially Board Member and Chair of the Credit Committee, I am now Non-Executive Director of this microfinance banking company held as a portfolio investment under SSCG to provide loans to small businesses in Southern Africa.
