Project management of a global forecasting consortium, which forecasts need and demand for malaria commodities. Includes direct line management and coordination of the wider team. To date have delivered four key project outputs, including two interactive forecasts, presented on publicly-available dashboards and two deep dive reports on PBO-treated bed nets and uptake of chemoprevention interventions. Led dissemination of outputs through blogs, social media blasts, conference posters, webinars and presentations at multiple stakeholder meetings Established the project steering committee and point person for communication across stakeholders on development of methods, data collation and interpretation of outputs. Conducted two rounds of project evaluation, involving survey creation and data analysis in addition to one-to-one partner meetings for feedback on project directions.

Provided technical assistance on design, structure and evaluation of Health Worker programs, leading to reform of policies in two countries. Designed data collection tools and conducted analysis related to performance against key metrics to inform revision of targeted interventions. Organised and facilitated workshops and trainings for health workers. Supported development of national case management guidelines. Revised quantification and forecasting tool for one country, and worked with partners on supply-chain strengthening interventions in three additional countries. Supported countries with development of long-term strategic planning for malaria case management policies through input to national strategic plan, mid-term reviews and Theory of Change frameworks.
