About Elle
In 2021. I graduated Sheffield Hallam University gaining a First Class Honours Degree in International Events Management (Arts and Entertainment). Having gained a lot of experience and contacts during my time at university and working in Cyprus, it led me to co-found 'The Brunch Club' which became the UK's leading bottomless brunch brand. At the start of 2022, it was rewarding to be recognised for my work in the industry as I became a finalist in the 'Young Entrepreneur' catergory at The National Start Up Awards.
Moving forward with my career, I am now the Corporate Sales Manager for Rare Restaurants which is home to a wide selection of luxury restaurants and event spaces across the UK.
My goal is to gain as much experience possible In the industry within the coming years and grow successfully as an individual.
