As an experienced Board Chair and Strategist, I specialize in steering organizations through complex cultural and structural transformations. My work is defined by the integration of robust corporate governance (MBA & Guberna) with a deep, systemic understanding of social impact and the arts.
Currently, I hold key leadership roles that bridge the gap between policy and practice:
• Chair & Executive Director of the Belgian Diversity Charter: Leading the national agenda on DE&I and ESG, advising CEOs and Boards on inclusive growth.
• Chair of OPENDOEK: Overseeing the strategic governance of Flanders’ largest cultural network, managing diverse stakeholders and public-private interests.
• Chair of Madam Fortuna: Directing the governance of a social-artistic powerhouse focused on inclusion and community resilience.

We received a 300K grant to cover our startup costs in the first two years of our existence. We had our soft launch in January and have 10 Signatories confirmed and app. 20 requests running. We've organized an online seminar on Menopause in the work context and are having our first Diversity Conference on June 6th. We expect about 80-100 attendants. Among our Signatories today we count organizations like Pluxee, Inditex, Fluvius, and the likes.
