I am an Aviation Technical Consultant specialized in aircraft transitions, continuing airworthiness and MRO/CAMO process optimization.

With over 15 years of experience on behalf of airlines, lessors and maintenance organizations, I help clients translate operational and regulatory requirements into efficient, compliant processes.

After engineering studies in Toulouse and early experience with Aeroconseil and Charles Taylor plc, I have managed and audited numerous aircraft phase-ins / phase-outs for leasing companies such as Airbus Asset Management, Babcock & Brown Aircraft Management, Castlelake, and Nordic Aviation Capital on Airbus, Boeing and Embraer fleets.

Through Emmanuel S. Aviation Consultant Ltd., I now provide remote and project-based support to Continuing Airworthiness Management Organizations (CAMO) and Technical Records teams worldwide - covering airworthiness reviews, maintenance program development, records due-diligence, and technical data coordination during asset transitions.

I work closely with consultancies and technology firms entering the aviation maintenance domain, bringing the industry insight they need to design or implement MRO-related digital and AI solutions.

Familiar with the data flows within systems such as AMOS, TRAX, and AMASIS, I bridge the gap between engineering reality, compliance, and system integration.

My goal is to help organizations and partners optimize maintenance processes, ensure regulatory integrity, and prepare for the next generation of digital MRO through practical, results-driven collaboration.
