LOOP is a pioneering business with the goal of eliminating waste by creating a platform for brands, retailers and other businesses to develop durable supply chains and operate in the circular economy. Managed the operational launches and expansions of Loop projects in the UK and France, in which LOOP operates the reverse logistics for multiple retailers.

- Management of Logistics Partners (3PL, Warehouse, Cleaner, Collection partners, Carriers) - Daily operations management (return process, storage, cleaning), demand and supply planning, contract execution, KPIs implementation, continuous improvement, SOPs building, invoicing

- In charge of implementing the reverse Supply Chain to support Loop's expansion with retailers (Carrefour in France, Tesco, McDonald's, Burger King in the UK); since launch, +120,000 returned from customers to Loop warehouses (UK and FR)

- In charge of the integration of Loop deposits system of the return process (WMS system integration)

- Support on building budgets and anticipating the cost for operations activity

- In charge of implementing food safety standard with 3PL partners in line with regulatory standards

- Onboarding of Strategic partners (from FMCG/CPG industry) onto the existing/upcoming Loop models for UK/French Markets; 24 partners launched or on-boarded onto Loop models

- Strategic Project management - Primary contact for a portfolio of 20 Brand partners, including some of the biggest CPG conglomerates (Nestlé, L'Oréal, CCEP etc.). In charge of coordinating internal and external partner teams to successfully achieve the transition to packaging reusability and integration with the following steps: Packaging Development, Logistic and Financial integration, Commercials and Contract negotiation

- General project management & Process improvement - Monthly Report optimization, Internal reporting on current portfolio status, Assortment optimization

(PROMOTION)

- Strategic account management for a portfolio of fashion businesses: recruiting, launching and monitoring of strategic Sellers performances (include logistic solutions, marketing tools and pay-per-click campaigns to increase brand awareness, promotion tools etc.)

- In charge of the proving concept for launch of the Fashion Network Program for UK manufacturers (integration to Salesforce, Salesforce CRM mailing campaigns, UX prototype testing with businesses)

- Donation project manager; in charge of increasing and processing all the stock donations for the charity In Kind Direct; benefited 2,000 charities in 2018

- Sustainability Ambassador; in charge of driving new initiatives in sustainability (e.g., initiating and implementing the Zero Plastic Cup Challenge)
