Ministry of Communications & Information Technology – Qatar Digital Government, Strategy and Governance

• Supported the Qatar Digital Government (QDG) strategy refresh by running targeted workshops and engaging senior stakeholders to test and refine the QDG vision, principles and objectives.

• Updated the QDG governance model to enable the establishment of a Transformation Office responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic digital projects.

Ministry of Communications & Information Technology – Value Realisation Office for Digital Agenda 2030

• Built the reporting and governance functions of the Value Realisation Office (VRO) for Digital Agenda 2030,

• Delivered key artefacts including current- and target-state reporting definitions, transformation roadmap, risk, actions, issues and decisions (RAID) framework, change-control procedures and others, all feeding into the layers of the VRO Operating Model design.

Ministry of Transport – Land Sector Strategy

• Assessed the Ministry’s operational plan, designing a project selection framework to guide prioritisation and investment decisions.

• Developed strategic projects and departmental roadmaps that were integrated into the national Transport Strategy.

HMRC – Chief Digital & Information Office

• • Led an organisational transformation for Mobility Workplace Services (~160 staff), a key division within the HMRC. Delivered current-state assessment of the operating model and developed organisational design options to be implemented.

Network Rail – West Coast Main Line Digital (WCML) / Trilink Digital Transformation

• • Led the change management initiative for the Trilink digital transformation programme.

• • Conducted Change Impact Assessment which evaluated the impact of technology adoption on different train operators' business operations. Applied the 'Process, Culture, Organisation, Technology, Information & Data, Infrastructure and Knowledge and Learning' (PCOTIIK, MSP 5th edition) framework to conduct the assessments.

• • Produced several strategic reports and an industry wide change roadmap. Shared Electric Vehicle (EV) Infrastructure Roundtable – Public Sector Clients

• • Designed and delivered a roundtable event for 12 public sector organisations on shared electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure. Held in response to the UK's net zero target, the focus was to build cross-industry understanding of barriers, high-level operating model, opportunities, and future strategic direction of shared EV infrastructure.
