I am a highly experienced diversity and inclusion expert with both in house and consultancy experience. I work with all levels of organisation, from global organisations of over 100k employees, to small charities. I am used to quickly building rapport with team members and developing high impact solutions for clients.
I have worked extensively with boards, senior leadership teams, Chief Diversity Officers and employee network volunteers.
My background as a commercial leader for 20 years before my career change into D&I means I bring a business benefit approach to my work and look to maximise the return on investment of any D&I activity and have strength in building buisness cases.
