• Providing guidance on initiatives and strategies to enable technical R&D and business growth.

• Managing a portfolio of over 160 clients across multiple sectors, including: biotechnology, life science, pharmaceutical and clinical medicine. This included providing direct guidance and report delivery to C-Suite stakeholders.

• As an assistant team leader, monitoring and tracking team progression, running team incentives and nurturing new joiners to achieve their development goals.

• Coordinating with sales to develop initiatives for winning and retaining key business, particularly targeting science incubators and accelerator programs as well as large multinational organisations. Personally generated over £1.2m of revenue in FY2021.

• As part of a 10-week summer internship, developing an innovation management framework to predict the future of personalised healthcare, identifying potential strategic directives for research institutions, start-ups, SMEs and multinational conglomerates.

• Application of life sciences to conduct extensive market research, analysing past and existing medical devices and diagnostic techniques to determine technological trends and business landscapes.

• Liaising with key internal stakeholders spanning all business verticals. Notable topics includes IoT Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence insofar as application within personalised healthcare

• Presenting proposed landscape of innovative technologies to C-Suite stakeholders.

• Successfully coordinating on multiple other client-led projects, producing presentation materials and researching industry trends.
