In terms of my work experience, most recently I worked with New Look as a Freelance Product Copywriter. Previous to this, I worked with JD Sports as a Freelance Creative Copywriter, focusing predominantly on short, snappy campaign copy, as well as working on a detailed TOV document for a British heritage brand. I have also worked with Plum Guide, creating detailed listings for some of the most luxurious and unique property rentals in the world, and Liberty of London, as a Product Copywriter for a plethora of luxury branded products.
Before venturing into the world of freelancing, I worked at N Brown for four and a half years as an SEO Content Executive/Creative Copywriter. My role at N Brown was incredibly varied. From detailed SEO blog posts and campaign copy, to landing page copy and organic social copy, I did just about everything - and all for a spectrum of different brands (Jacamo, Simply Be, Home Essentials, JD Williams & more.)

• Liaise with senior staff and other departments – it was my task to communicate effectively with senior staff and those in other departments
• Sales - I regularly promoted new packages and experiences at the club to existing clients over the phone. My department worked very closely with Hospitality and Marketing, communicating regularly and helping one another to achieve the best possible outcome
• Account Management – It was essential that I maintained a strong relationship with the supporters that I dealt with, and initiated regular communication with these customers to maintain this rapport. Organisational skills and strong communication were imperative, particularly in this part of my role
