Related Digital/ EUROMESSAGE Responsible for managing relationships with assigned clients, developing insights, recommendations and proposals that help clients' succeed, achieving revenue targets and driving customer satisfaction. >> Mainly "Estee Lauder Global" operational processes.
• Manage the communication between relevant departments to ensure 100% satisfactory resolution of client issues and complaints and primary point of contact for new clients during their on-boarding phase and key to setting relationship up on the right footing
• Supports the administrative IT operations with daily support, training, and troubleshooting
• Part of the team to update/modify the system working with the Infrastructure, Business Technology, and Business Intelligence teams.
• Decision-making authority regarding procedures, plans and schedules
• Create, perform entitlement check, and update service requests
• First point of contact for clients when they have technical, support and training issues and able to build good relationships quickly
• Route service requests to appropriate product support teams
• Maintain good internal and external customer relationships and deal with a high volume of client calls and requests
• Have experience of using Zendesk
• Maintain CRM databases including data cleansing, record maintenance, and data linkages to other source systems
• Manage local and international brands's email requests
• Present products and services to prospective clients
• Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers' dedication
• Remain in frequent contact with the clients in my responsibility to understand their needs
