-Led global mobility processes within the EU, supporting cross-border moves and international workforce needs.

Led the People & Culture agenda during a period of globalization, restructuring and cultural transformation, managing an 18M TL OPEX budget and a 50-person HR organization.

-Led organizational change initiatives across globalization, restructuring, cultural transformation and people operating model evolution.

-Built a high-performing talent acquisition strategy, accelerating recruitment processes, mapping critical senior roles and designing assessment systems to raise the talent bar.

-Directed performance and potential calibrations, succession planning and leadership alignment to strengthen talent quality and critical role coverage.

-Revamped the grading and rewards framework in line with global standards, including pay-for-performance models, OKR-linked individual targets, revised bonus structures and a globally aligned pay mix model covering base pay, STI and LTI.

-Developed shared Employee Relations and People Operations hub models across Europe to improve consistency, scalability and service quality.

-Spearheaded cultural transformation programs, including company values activation, a cultural ambassador network and an Inclusive Leadership Platform.

-Launched employer branding and EVP initiatives to strengthen talent attraction and organizational identity.

-Oversaw HR analytics, HR systems, people surveys, talent retention and employee wellbeing strategies.

-Managed the outsourcing of 2,000+ delivery employees, ensuring operational continuity and people process alignment.

-Led the D&I agenda, including women in tech and women in leadership initiatives, to strengthen inclusion and engagement.
