Included designing and developing the website for the new bike customisation start-up. Also, established on-page and off-page SEO strategy and the technical customer acquisition and retention strategy.

Created a bespoke frictionless checkout with upselling strategy which increased AOV.
Put into place methods to help with customer acquisition/retention and encourage re-visits.
Adding analytics from multiple tools fed into PPC and other internet advertising.

Most recently I have been developing a tool that integrates with the website, enabling it to search through all relevant pages, articles, FAQs, and resources. This integration will ensure that users will have access to accurate and up-to-date information right at your fingertips.
The integration uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) and responds to user queries in conversational English.

Site was moved to Shopify at the end of 2022 based on business requirements for which I did a full redesign and build.
