As a lead engineer I've had the privilege to work on a large number of projects with a team of very talented engineers. Those projects included product design, development, manufacturing process design and development, automation of machines and processes, design and build of automated systems, development of automated data collection and product marking, inspection and tracking systems, development of bespoke computer software and applications. Also as part of the engineering team I was responsible and involved in many continuous improvement projects and activities.

As part of the engineering team I was responsible for automation in high volume manufacturing plant, producing high precision automotive components. Programming, maintenance and repair of automated systems, robots and CNC machine tools. Development of new processes, design of tooling, fixtures, machine parts etc.
