• Using my experience working with entrepreneurs, I started my own business partnering with mission-led entrepreneurs and investors after a redundancy, to help them grow their companies.

• Within 2 years, I have worked with 15+ clients, some of which have worked with me for the full 2 years. My services include venture building, fundraising, growth and sales strategy.

• Key achievements; £450K raised for a climate tech startup, vision statement and business plans delivered for a B Corp group of companies in Nottinghamshire and achieved 110% for another client's crowdfunding target. • Head of new investor acquisition in the marketing team, my role was to bring on new investors to invest in EIS and SEIS businesses looking for growth capital. We adopted a multi-channel test-and-learn approach to establish the most effective acquisition channels.

• Experienced with working with compliance and legal to ensure marketing materials are FCA-compliant, with special care given to the latest regulatory changes.

• My responsibilities included; strategy, paid social advertising, partnerships, reporting, data analysis against performance metrics, sponsored advertising, email marketing, event management and working with agencies and as part of the investor marketing team.

• Managing 'Futerra Makes' in partnership with the management team at Futerra. Futerra Makes is a sustainability venture builder where we launch products and services that are better for the planet. The role encompassed ideating and delivering on a variety of marketing activities to drive awareness, leads, sales pipeline and revenue. Our key client collaboration was with Mars.

• Activities included; paid and organic social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), email marketing, SEO, digital advertising, content marketing, influencer marketing, CRM, event marketing, agency management (PR, SEO and performance marketing agencies) and reporting.

Career Break + Masters July 2019 - Nov 2021

• Post-acquisition of LifeWorks, I took a career break to do a round the world trip and I won a scholarship to study a masters, where I specialised in pro-environmental behaviour.
