As an Accenture Contractor working alongside NatWest and Ulster Bank – my role within the bank is to assist and resolve Commercial Business Account closures. Daily, I am responsible for the closure of dozens of bank accounts which includes rigorous and detailed checking of customer and banking information, the use of highly technical data basis, and using multiple programs to assist in the closure process.

My time with SuperValu increased and enhanced my experience in building established relationships in a communal and customer focused environment. My main duties focused on customer service and satisfaction, responsibilities in cash drawer maintenance, numeracy and accounting money related documents.

Working in Penneys established my core skills and values within a professional environment. My time working in Penneys focused on a large array of duties and responsibilities including shop floor maintenance, Customer Service Desk training, in-store training and guidance of staff, money-handling and detailed experience in stock take.
