Managed the content team and external agency support; devised and oversaw content strategy, including tone of voice; planned and delivered large editorial projects (e.g. updating the site's destination landing pages); commissioned a small team of freelancer writers; wrote and edited a wide range of copy (travel features, guides, landing pages, email copy, campaign copy etc). Key achievements: Surpassing 2 million annual blog views; monetizing the TravelSupermarket blog through curated travel deals; developing and delivering in-house travel videos (a first at TravelSupermarket); overseeing blog migration from WordPress CMS to Adobe Experience Manager.
