information system that would support all critical
business processes in a standard college. The near-
term goal of the project was to develop a product to
replace the functionality of an existing solution used
by the college and other customers and to enable
the concurrent operation of both to minimise
operational impacts.
The requirement was to primarily focus on the
development of a multi-tenanted SAAS product that
could be utilised by any other educational institution
globally, thus enabling the College to recover their
investment over time.
