3/4PL governance & partner management — Full lifecycle ownership: RFQ, tender, selection, contract negotiation (€1M+ engagements), onboarding, and long-term performance management through structured SLAs, KPI scorecards, and governance cadences.

Network design & market entry — Designed and launched distribution networks across new and existing markets: 8 DC openings managed end-to-end, route-to-market redesigns (indirect → direct), DC footprint optimization, and factory-to-distributor flow structuring.

Systems integration — Led 10+ ERP/WMS go-lives and 3/4PL system integrations with zero operational disruption. Scope included master data alignment, EDI connectivity, cutover planning, AI solution development and hypercare during implementation — delivering reliable data flows and execution visibility across multi-country networks.

Quality, regulatory, compliance & crisis management — project manager lead for the Distribution Q&FS (GDP/GMP) standards deployment world-wide. Ran 30+ internal audits with zero critical non-conformities. Acted as regional crisis control-tower lead during Q&FS incidents and supply continuity events, coordinating cross-functional response under live pressure.

Cross-functional leadership-drove alignment across Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, IT, and Regulatory stakeholders. Built the governance routines : S&OP+, escalation paths, performance reviews, strategy devlopment and executing, audit.
