Fully responsible and accountable for the Finance Department. Reporting to the Managing Director and Board of Directors, as well as to the main Shareholder. Overseeing the business meeting its financial objectives and ensuring the efficient use of funds. In charge of end-to-end finance operations, including month-end reporting, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations and statutory filings. In charge of making improvements to processes and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects, like implementing a new budgeting, expenses and accounting software.

Oversee and be hands-on involved with:

• - Strategic financial planning

• - Budgeting and forecasting for different business scenarios

• - Successfully build and maintain collaborative relationships internally and externally with colleagues, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders

• - Financial Reporting, incl:

◦ o Monthly management accounts, incl

◦ o Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet

◦ o Variance reports

• - Cashflow Management

• - VAT submissions

• - Accounts payable

• - Payroll and P11d processing

• - Prepare and submit end-of-year accounts, including corporation tax calculations

• - Ensure compliance with regulations

- Advise business owners on strategic decisions, based on management accounts

• - Collaborate with business owners to improve profitability and financial health of the company

• - Recalculated pricing structure on services provided to customers.

• - Negotiate contracts and credit arrangements with current suppliers.

• - Cashflow management; prepare weekly report as well as provide strategic advice to ensure continuous healthy cashflow.

• - Implementing new management accounting reports, including cashflow report, to help business get a better financial overview in relevant areas.
