I am focused on building partnerships and preparing proposals for resource mobilization including developing the climate portfolio at the office, all while assisting technically on ongoing office environmental / climate change projects

I am currently leading a project funded by the Adaptation Fund which aims at developing climate change and gender mainstreamed urban plans at district and municipal levels alongside the development of an urban observatory to promote climate change

and gender sensitive decision-making processes. I am involved in this context on a range of sustainable urban development interventions including promoting resilience to water challenges in vulnerable areas through the reuse of treated wastewater and rainwater, sustainable urban farming including permaculture and agrivoltaics, and integration of solar energy at public facilities. I am also heavily involved on the mobilization of climate financing.

My work was mostly focused on proposal writing and business development, environmental and social impact assessment based on World Bank and other IFIs’ requirements, health, safety and environmental assessment and auditing, and internal review of report deliverables.
