Brawn is a fitness app that enhances gym member experiences by providing a simple workout creation tool, social feed and exercise progress tracking.

- App redesign: redesigned the app that boosted retention by 28% and increased engagement by 32%. This was achieved by incorporating social challenges, better progress tracking and gamification.

- Social media/marketing assets: designed assets that were used for social media, marketing and in-gym posters. This has helped to increase member sign ups by 42% in 2024.

I worked within a product team to design and iterate upon a sports-specific Digital Experience Platform (DXP) to allow users to publish content, sell & schedule LED assets and manage fan data.

- Developed an LED management tool: Designed an innovative tool for configuring LED assets at sports events, reducing setup time by 24 minutes per event.

- Led CSV upload feature project: Spearheaded the discovery, testing, and design of a CSV upload feature, significantly enhancing the efficiency of fan data uploads.

- Created custom player profiles: Developed a sports-specific content management system (CMS) feature, enabling users to create personalised player profiles for various sports.

- Managed design system: Ensured the continuous improvement and upkeep of the product design system, maintaining consistency and quality across designs.

- Enhanced commercial viability: Worked closely with product owners to optimise the product's commercial potential, including updating the personalised content service for more precise content placement, thus maximising revenue streams.

I worked in an agile environment where I conducted group workshops, user interviews, IA redesigns and high-fidelity prototyping. Here is an overview of some of my completed projects.

- Redesigned Website for Mauve: Completed a comprehensive website redesign for Mauve, resulting in 11,500 additional monthly impressions and a £45k increase in annual revenue. The project included conducting 12 user/stakeholder interviews, creating a high-fidelity prototype, and performing 8 user tests.

- Developed data-visualisation components for Martin Currie: Collaborated with Martin Currie to create data-visualisation components, effectively helping stakeholders to showcase their sustainability practices.

- Presented UX/UI review for Sage: Authored and presented a UX/UI review for Sage Accounting, aimed at enhancing its search functionality. All recommendations, which focused on the active state and search results page, were successfully implemented.
