Chief Credit Officer / Chief Risk Officer with 20+ years’ experience in credit risk leadership, underwriting, portfolio management and governance across fintech, challenger banks and global financial institutions. I specialise in designing and building end-to-end credit and risk frameworks, establishing strong credit committee governance, structuring lending portfolios, and creating high-performing, collaborative teams.

As a founding team member and CRO of Tint Financial Services, I built the entire credit, risk and operational infrastructure from the ground up, enabling the business to move from concept to over $60m in supported cross-border trade. I have also held senior leadership roles at Wyelands Bank, Credit Agricole, RBS, Bank of Ireland and CIT Bank, where I managed underwriting functions, set credit policies, oversaw portfolio monitoring, led cultural transformation initiatives, and delivered complex portfolio run-off and asset recovery strategies.
