A SaaS tool that is aimed at the Private Equity and financial markets providing

frameworks that reflect ESG priorities (Environmental, Social and governance) so that funders

know portfolios companies are practising fairly and sustainably investments. In addition to

intuitive analytics and reporting, data is collected in a painless process and kept secure.

Working with a Tech Lead, UI Designer and 5 Developers.

2 weeks sprints & regular feedback sessions with existing, prospected and new clients for

data driven discovery/culture

Clients included: 7Ridge, KKR, Aurora, Big Bear, Silverlake, Wellington, Nautic Partners,

Ares, Blackrock, Helios and many more.

Users: circa 1500 spanning Enterprises (which 10x in Q1 2023), General Partners, Portfolio Companies, Limited Partners, Borrows and targeting Private Credit.

Collaboration with Methodology, Customer Success, Sales, Product, Design and the wider

business.

Defined sprint goals and quarterly OKR's to uphold a data-driven culture. Tracked data in Amplitude/Metabase.

User testing conducted with MAZE.

Project 1: Action Planning to highlight areas of improvement with recommended actions

developed by an in-house methodology team and knowledge-orientated guidance.

Project 2: Reduce efforts of reporting 2nd time round, easing the burden on users through

improving UX utilizing automation and smart suggestions.

Project 3: Enhancing backend data modelling to accommodate shared entities and different

avenues of data collections.

Project 4: Revamping reporting UI's to create a centralised place for summary data.

Diginex Lumen: Web-based SaaS platform offering features to help strategic brands assess, verify, prioritize, map and report modern slavery and recruitment-related risks within the Gulf

Cooperation Council (GCC) migration corridor (Asia and Latin America next). (Recent finalist at Thomas Reuters Foundation Awards)

Utilises the Tezos blockchain to store documents and data points related to labour issues and

Due diligence practises as a means of verification, clarity, and governance.

Working with 2 Designers, a Senior BA (acting as scrum-master) and an external development team of 18. Working in 2-week sprints following the roadmap and ensuring all features are tested properly and UX exercises applied where appropriate.

Client facing were required and proposals written.

Recent clients include ADM capital, AIM group, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Reckitt, Unilever, The Ethical Toy Programme, Decathlon, Li & Fung, TatWin and CBRE

Users: 20 large enterprises, each containing numerous cascaded clients building out supply chain visibility (some totalling 150< entities).

Project 1: Custom SAQ Builder for core platform feature to service any request in the due diligence process

Project 2: Devleopment of a fully integrated reporting tool to aid analysis from data captured in core question sets.

Project 3: enhanced user management roles and responsibilities with self-serving front-end tooling

1-2-1 Training with 3rd party supplier to gain developer knowledge.

Coding HTML/XML for front-end UI’s/enhancing UX

Mentor/training an offshore service centre of 9 for technical expertise on the Intelex product

Project: Provided a global view of COVID-19 impacts at 2,500 supply chain sites- (team nominated for DPDHL CEO Award)

Project: Global MDM migration of warehouse, transport, and business metrics into the Intelex platform and to down-stream systems (divisional data warehouses and reporting suite in Power BI)
