Research Smart built digital tools for patient reported outcome collection to support decentralised clinical trials. As one of the first five employees, my role was highly varied. Particular highlights include:

• • Assisted in the execution of a £900k initial seed / Series A raise (including exposure to CLN's and ASA's)

• • Produced extensive research on a range of topics from market dynamics, regulatory developments and health economics

• • Ran commercial due diligence process for potential acquisitions

• • Spent time on the ground in Denmark, Germany and Portugal investigating the respective regulatory frameworks
