I help organisations get their data working together so they can actually use it. Every business I work with faces the same problem: data stuck in different systems, software that doesn't connect, and no clear idea where AI would actually help. The technology varies by industry, but the problem is usually the same. Over the past 15+ years, I've helped companies across manufacturing, financial services, retail, construction, and the supply chain address these common challenges. I've developed eight-figure partnerships, helped Renault turn their factory data into a revenue stream, and developed go-to-market strategies for AI and digital twin solutions across Europe. Now, through NC2 Consultancy, I work with organisations as a senior advisor, helping them work out where AI genuinely adds value and build practical plans to get there.
