Depuis 2012, j’exerce le métier de consultant indépendant dans le domaine financier. J'ai auparavant acquis une solide expérience de 20 ans au sein de deux grandes institutions bancaires : le Crédit Agricole et Nomura. J’y ai occupé des postes de trader et de manager sur les marchés de taux d’intérêt et de devises. Je maîtrise donc parfaitement l’écosystème des salles de marché et les différentes activités qui y sont liées.
Récemment, j’ai réalisé plusieurs missions pour le compte d'HSBC en rapport avec le Brexit. Je fus notamment en charge de gérer le transfert des portefeuilles des clients de HSBC Londres vers HSBC Paris, afin de leur garantir la continuité de service et le respect de la réglementation européenne. J’ai également participé à la migration des activités des branches HSBC en Europe vers le nouveau siège parisien.
Ma plus-value sur un projet peut donc être importante en terme de définition et d'exécution. Je peux aussi assister sur toute problématique de réorganisation, d'optimisation, d'automatisation d'activités et de process.
