- Trusted TA Partner managing full life-cycle hiring experience (First contact to Offer Management + Close) process on multiple pipelines simultaneously

- Hiring for teams across Product, Software Engineering and Applied Science

- Leading intake meetings, calibration meetings and debrief meetings with hiring managers.

- Working closely with senior stakeholders to scale their teams as well as implement best practises using data and key metrics.

- Leveraging key data to solve problems as well as influence/shape stakeholder strategy up to director level.

- Cutting cost per hire by 78% in comparison to using agency.

- Creating new processes with teams building from scratch whilst partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure we are aligned.

- Direct Sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and creative sourcing methods using x-ray searches

- Utilising analytics to improve the end to end recruitment cycle, identifying and eliminating bottle necks to ensure a better candidate experience as well as a seamless process.

- Managing agencies pipelines to ensure we have resources allocated correctly

- Technical recruitment with roles such as; Data Engineer, Backend Engineers, Engineering Managers at scale.
