With over 25 years of international experience across Europe and Latin America, I advise private equity sponsors, infrastructure funds, and asset platforms on strategy, capital deployment, and value creation. My work spans the entire lifecycle—from commercial due diligence and deal structuring to PMO oversight, capex/opex optimization, and board-level governance.

I’ve led €2bn+ in energy and infrastructure transactions, structured and raised over $250m in equity, and helped transform assets across renewables, oil & gas, transportation&logistics, mobility, and utilities. I’ve served as a CEO, CIO, board member, and advisory partner—bringing together investor-grade discipline with operator-level pragmatism.
