During my current job role, I am leveraging process analysis and provide effective solutions to determine business needs. I am delivering backend and microservices by utilizing Spring Boot and Spring Restful. I am supplying assistance in resolution of production issues by managing incident request queues and creating communication strategies. I am executing pre-processor of FileNet P8 components to analyze related business rules. I am developing ICN plug-in using ICN dojo. I am creating an asynchronous message processing system with J2EE, EJB3, and IBM MQ. I am generating variety of microservices for ECS functionality using Spring Boot. I am building Apache Camel engine application for traversing within microservice execution. The value I have driven in this role includes the following:  Established OCR extraction data capabilities for document auto index and categorization, as well as devised Tasks roots for ICC.  Examined organizational-related rules by designing workflows for business processes and requirements, as well as a pre-processor of FileNet P8 components and custom queue components.  Designed and built a solution to deliver support to numerous ECM repositories (FileNet P8, CMOD, IDM) as well as automatic source indexing, categorization, and document production depending on source/source system.  Utilized HTML5, CSS, Angular JS, and React JS program to develop frontend application for juristic and individual staff portals, as well as ECS channel subscriptions.

Role Focus: As a Technical Lead at HENQ, I developed auto process application for customer documents through various channels, including MFD, email, fax, and Switch. In addition to this, I reviewed and managed code deployment using CIT, SIT, UAT and production processes while leading cross-functional teams. Key Highlights: ⇨ Leveraged J2EE, EJB, and Spring to develop an application for notification, statements, and letters delivery to customers. ⇨ Led multiple development operations of frontend applications using Angular JS-Struts, Java Web services using Spring, EJB session beans, and e-View application using MCAF framework.

In this job role, I have directed and built high-performance teams of developers in close cooperation with senior management. I have managed several software implementations projects, whilst ensuring performance quality. I have created front-end apps with Angular JS and back-end services with SOAP/ RESTful services. I have acquired business needs by conducting process analysis and documentation. My success includes:  Generated workflows for business processes based on business needs.  Developed document production and storage in FileNet P8 repository through coding. My additional experiences are: Technical Lead, HCL Technologies, Singapore for 3 months (05/2010 to 08/2010) for OCBC bank.
