As an independent contractor and fractional consultant, I partner with organisations to create an engaged and thriving workplace. Together with a team of skilled associates, I also design and deliver experiential offsites & retreats, offer coaching & mentoring services and advise on organisational culture & development.

Progressing through multiple roles at The Smarty Train—from Design Manager to Senior Design Manager, and later taking on Design Team Capability Lead & Senior Design Specialist responsibilities on a contract base—I played a key role in shaping and delivering large-scale, high-impact learning programmes for graduates, apprentices, and leaders at some of the world’s leading organisations. These programmes were complex, multi-faceted, and high-value, supporting early-career talent development and leadership pipelines across various industries.

Key responsibilities:

✔ Led the design of end-to-end learning experiences, ensuring they were engaging, research-backed, and aligned with client needs

✔ Led the design of an award-winning Early Talent Proposition for a global pharmaceutical company

✔ Delivered qualitative research components for TST's Early Careers Optimiser (ECO), an Early Careers diagnostic tool

✔ Managed and developed team talent, providing guidance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning experiences

✔ Led project teams for large-scale learning programmes, ensuring smooth execution of learning journeys for diverse audiences

✔ Collaborated closely with clients & stakeholders, balancing strategic objectives with innovative learning approaches

My role combined experience design, learning strategy, and leadership development, helping organisations build future-ready talent and leadership capability.
