I have run my own successful theatre company Concept Theatre C.I.C. for the past four years. During this time I have secured funding, planned and delivered projects, managed budgets, created partnerships with charities and like-minded companies, managed communications via email, created content for social media and marketing campaigns, written, directed and performed and produced productions. I have over 13 years of experience in customer service positions in hospitality, and retail, via phone, email and in person. I have written a play and written several articles and blog posts for online publications and websites. I am driven, enthusiastic and get a genuine kick from giving my all to everything I am working towards.
