I am a highly qualified Wellbeing and Welfare Learning and Development professional with over 10 years experience working with a range of organisations to develop and deliver effective training and development initiatives.

I have an excellent understanding of the latest developments in the field of mental health and wellbeing, and am experienced in designing, delivering and evaluating interventions that help to maintain and improve employee wellbeing and welfare.

I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and am comfortable leading workshops, seminars and other training sessions. I have good understanding of the psychology of learning and development and am able to use this knowledge to create effective interventions.
