    Anglia Doors provide commercial shutters for factories such as McVities etc and they have a skilled team of technical employees who they wanted to utilise for generating more sales.

    In the project I had two objectives:

    1). Coach the engineers and door fitters how to cross and upsell their products and services

    2). Optimise their CRM systems and processes as they were missing orders due to inefficiencies in this area

    I left with sales having increased 27% by the end of the 6 month project.

    There are some very simple changes from a systems and processes perspective that can unlock value in the short term.
