Lead Flow Assurance engineer supporting TotalEnergies in the Pre-FEED stage / concept selection of the CO2 transportation / injection system for the “Hackberry Carbon Sequestration” (HCS) project in Louisiana and the ARAMIS CCS project in the Netherlands.

Main projects:

- Mellitah Complex Expansion & CO2 Management Integrated Development” (offshore Libya), FEED, Developing PFDs/P&IDs, equipment datasheets, HAZOP participation for ENI.

- Karachaganak Expansion Project 1 (Kazakhstan), Detailed Design – process verification of the existing Karachaganak Processing Complex (KPC) utility steam system to evaluate any bottleneck and brownfield modification. Developing key documents to support EPC activities.

- Hail & Ghasha Development, gas condensate and oil wells (UAE), FEED - flow assurance input to key decisions / deliverables for the development of eight artificial islands, an offshore central processing facility, twelve infield flowlines, three export flowlines for ADNOC.

- North Adriatic Contract Area (Adriatic Sea) – developing seven new facilities, drilling new gas wells, and installing new subsea flowlines/risers.

- DEL-12, gas condensate well (Albania) – developing a hydrate risk assessment / management strategy for the DEL-12, High Pressure/Low Temperature. Clean-up / Start-up scheduled in 3Q22

BP - West Nile Delta (WND, Egypt)

Process/Flow Assurance Single Point of Accountability (SPA)/risk owner for Taurus Libra and Giza Fayoum (subsea tie-backs to onshore processing facilities, gas condensate, ~60 mboe/d) while supporting the commissioning/start-up preparation for Raven (gas condensate, ~200 mboe/d).

- advising on process/flow assurance risks, preparing risk assessments, updating “operating

procedures”, monitoring of process/flow assurance KPIs and the effectiveness/integrity of the barriers that are in place.

- facilitating cross discipline reviews of the production systems to maintain safe, compliant and reliable operations. When required, on call to support site personnel to assure safe operations.

- assessing the thermohydraulic performance of the production system and calibrating dynamic

models against field data. Predicting the system behaviour, understanding uncertainties and

identifying risks to production (mainly hydrates formation/blockage, liquid surges/slugs).

- for Raven, a High Pressure/High Temperature (HP/HT) development, facilitating the technical hand over from design to operations and leasing with the commissioning/start-up team to resolve and agree prioritisation of emerging requirements. Interfacing with the contractor (Technip) to mitigate the process/flow assurance challenges/risks identified in the design of a HP/HT flexible flowline
