I help regulated organizations make their use of AI governable, compliant, and defensible. My focus is AI governance, responsible AI, and regulatory compliance — particularly the EU AI Act, alongside financial-services and data-protection requirements.

The value I bring is turning complex regulation into something teams can actually use: practical governance frameworks, human-oversight mechanisms, and auditable evidence that satisfies both internal risk functions and external regulators. With the EU AI Act's high-risk obligations taking effect in August 2026, most organizations understand governance in principle but struggle to demonstrate it in practice — closing that gap is what I do.

What makes me stand out is the combination: a background in organizational psychology plus hands-on development of AI governance tooling, so I bridge the business, compliance, and technical sides of an AI programme rather than sitting in just one. I deliver through my consultancy, Koru Impact.
