Wellbeing Triage adviser, full time in the university's Mental health and wellbeing team for students.
Duties include contacting all students who reach out to or are referred by staff to the service, answering quick queries, triaging needs, and assessing risk and safety needs using a service specific triage questionnaire.
Booking appointments for students requiring one-to one intervention with the team and appropriately signpost students to other appropriate resources both within Student Services, the broader university and where appropriate, external to the university.
In addition to this, I had an individual project in which I gathered feedback from students regarding the Silver cloud system- to which I recorded this information and presented to the Wellbeing Manager for further development and improvement.
