I am a software engineer with 7 years of software development. I consecutively worked on different projects at the Rainforest Foundation UK (RFUK) and then at Monese LTD. During my time at RFUK I contributed as main developer to the development of a monitoring platform that allows people from remote area to send alerts related to illegal activities they testify. The system is currently in use in several countries in Africa an South America.
At Monese, I was able to get more experience on the financial sector. I developed a notification system to notify users about their up-coming payments.
For both of those experience I have considerably work with Java and SpringBoot for the backend, Junit for testing, Maven as build system, PostgreSQL and CouchDB as databases, Kafka for message queue and Docker.
Despite frontend is not my primary area of work, I am also able to do some mobile (android native) dev and web with ReactJS.
On top of my technical skills I am able to work independently or as part of a group. I know how to best organise my time and work to deliver project on time.
