I'm Svetlana, an independent event producer based in Barcelona with over a decade of experience delivering high-profile events worldwide.

My background includes production roles at some of the biggest stages in the world — the Sochi Winter Olympics, FIFA World Cup Qatar, Paris 2024 Olympics, and Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics — as well as corporate and brand events for companies like Airbnb, TheFork, and GSMA (4YFN Barcelona). I've lived and worked across Russia, Italy, France, and Spain, which gives me a natural ease with international teams, multicultural logistics, and cross-border coordination.

Today I work as an independent producer through my agency Svetlo, helping brands, companies, and private clients create events that feel effortless — even when the logistics behind them are anything but. From concept and planning through vendor management, budgeting, and on-site execution, I take ownership of every detail.

I work in English, Russian, and Spanish, and I'm especially well-positioned for projects across Spain and Europe.
