I worked in several IT roles, like systems administration, network administration, IT infrastructure and operations administration and technical support, IT risk and compliance administration and management, and IT security advisor. Expert in digital transformation and IT strategies in government entities. Significantly enhanced cybersecurity and modernized secure infrastructure, most notably at the Prime Ministry in Jordan. Known for strategic leadership and technical execution, optimizing systems, and fortifying critical infrastructures. Hold a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree, MCP certificate, CEHv8 certificate, and is a JEA-certified Consultant Engineer.
