Thomas has a great work ethic. He got the requirements of the project right and asked a lot of questions beforehand to ensure that what he delivers is in alignment with what I had in mind. He showed up at the venue much earlier than planned to get a good feel of the place and assess the environment before the photography starts. He's likable and easy to work with.
